This article suggests some easy methods of controlling and lowering cholesterol levels in blood by means of dietary controls only.

Cholesterol is a fatty substance which is essential ingredient of the body used in various metabolic activities of the body. FIBER rich food is best to check cholesterol such as whole grains, oat meal, fruits etc.
